Dr. Rouse received his B.A. cum laude from Amherst College and M.D. from The University of Rochester School of Medicine. He completed his post graduate surgical training at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital and Otolaryngology training in a combined program with Tufts New England Medical Center, Boston University’s Hospital and The Lahey Clinic. After residency he completed a preceptor-ship in facial plastic surgery with Richard Webster, M.D. while in Boston.
Dr. Rouse is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, a Fellow of The American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has attending staff privileges at Windham and Backus Hospitals.
